HRANA News Agency – Hossein Ronaghi is in critical health condition after 18 days of being in hunger strike.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Hossein Ronaghi the imprisoned weblogger in ward 350 of Evin prison who started hunger strike since August 9 in protest to postponing his kidney problem treatments and medical process, is in a critical health condition.
A source who wanted to remain anonymous, said to HRANA reporter that “Hossein Ronaghi lost 8 kilos of his weight and has kidney bleeding. Also he is suffering from digestive problem and dysuria.”
Hossein Ronaghi who suffers from kidney disease and stomach bleeding was transferred to hospital in terms of kidney surgery; He went on hunger strike for several times in the prison.
It is worth mentioning who is in prison since 2009, was sentenced to 15 years of imprisonment by branch 15 of Tehran revolutionary court.
