Jafar Rostami Rad is still imprisoned in Meshkin Shahr prison

HRANA News Agency – Jafar rostami Rad, the Azeri activist is still under arrest, in Meshkin Shahr prison.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Jafar Rostami Rad, the civil activist who was arrested along with 9 Azeri national activists in Sabalan hillside by security and intelligence service forces, is still under arrest in Meshkin Shahr. This is while other arrestees were released on bail.
He is still in Meshkin Shar prison because of another case that has been opened by intelligence service in Ardabil. He has been kept in Meshkin Shahr prison in exchange of Ardabil prison.
Mr. Rostami had informed his family regarding his release on a 300 million Rials bail, and also investigator, Judge Alinejad had sent the case to Ardabil persecutor, but intelligence service forces intervened and has seized the documents and transferred the case to intelligence service office of Ardabil.
Jafar Rostami has been graduated in mathematics from Mohaghegh Ardabili University and currently is a student of Industrial engineering in Payamnoor University. He had been arrested, tortured and interrogated by security and intelligence service forces several times, for his civil right activities.
