Majid Moghadam Will Be under Arrest for at Least 1 More Month

HRANA News Agency – Majid Moghadam’s detention order has been extended for another month and he is still held in solitary confinement.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Majid Moghadam has been arrested on Wednesday 3rd December, at 8pm by the security forces at his father’s home and he is held in solitary confinement, since then.
One of his relatives told HRANA’s reporter: “Majid’s detention order has been extended for another month.”
He is held in solitary confinement and so far, he had two phone calls with his family and they could visit him once.
Majid Moghadam also had been arrested due to taking part in the protests after the presidential elections in 2009 by the plainclothes agents and was transferred to Kahrizak Detention centre.
