Mohammad Saif Zadeh Returned to Rajai Shahr Prison

HRANA News Agency – Doctor Mohammad Saif Zadeh, imprisoned lawyer, who was transferred to Medical Center out of prison following his medical problems, on Saturday 28th February, was returned from hospital to Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Doctor Mohammad Saif Zadeh, human rights lawyer who suffers from numerous physical disease including jaw and gum problems, heart disease and cataracts in both eyes and had a heart attack in prison, had been in hospital to get treatment because of his medical condition, however he was returned to Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj at the discretion of prison’s officials.
Mohammad Seif Zadeh, born in 1948 in Qom, is a lawyer and co-founder of “The Centre for Human Rights Defenders” in Iran. This lawyer has been sentenced to 9 years imprisonment and 10 years deprivation of the legal profession, with charges of “Founding; The Center for Human Rights Defenders” and “propaganda against the regime” by the Islamic Revolutionary Court, branch 15 presided by Judge Salvati.
