HRANA News Agency – Mohammadreza Alipayam (Haloo), imprisoned poet was released from Rajaei Shahr prison of Karaj, by serving his sentence.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Mohammadreza Alipayam known as Haloo, who has multiple arrests in his record, was sentenced to one year and 3 months in prison in branch 26 of the revolutionary court by judge Pir Abbasi last year.
He was charged with sacrilege, insulting Ayatollah Khomaini and the supreme leader, insulting the president and Iranian officials by his poems.
He summited himself to Evin prison for serving the sentence, on April 22, 2015. He had been sent to ward number 8 in Evin prison, and was then transferred to Rajaei Shahr prison.
