HRANA News Agency – The court session of Mostafa Fathizadeh, journalist of Payk-e-Shooshtar newspaper was held in branch number 101 of criminal court of Shooshtar, and the judge announced incompetency of the court and sent the case to the criminal court of the province.
According to the Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), the court session of Mostafa Fathizadeh, journalist of Payk-e-Shooshtar newspaper who has been sued by the head of directors of public libraries of Shooshtar, for his criticism about the condition of libraries in this city, was held in branch number 101 of the criminal court.
The judge after seeing the journalism card and approval of Islamic Guidance and Culture Ministry, announced the incompetency of the court and sent the case to branch number 1 of the criminal court of Khuzestan Province.
Previously Mostafa Fathizadeh, reporter of ILNA and Payk-e-Shooshtar, was summoned to branch number 101 criminal court after the head of directors of public libraries sued him for a report that he had written about the bad condition of public libraries in this city.
