HRANA News Agency – Peyman Aref, nationalist political activist has been summoned to Shahid Moghaddas court in Evin prison.
According to Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Peyman Aref has been summoned to Evin court by phone and should be present at the court on Wednesday, December 24th, at 9 am.
An informed source told HRANA’s reporter, “it is not clear that this summon is because of his one year sentence or a new case”.
This nationalist political activist has been sentenced to one year in prison in branch number 28 of the revolutionary court by chief judge Moghaiseh on charge of propaganda against the regime. This sentence has been confirmed by court of appeal.
