Reihaneh Haj Ebrahim Dabbagh Prevented From Having Parole

HRANA News Agency – Reihaneh Haj Ebrahim Dabbagh, a political prisoner in the women’s ward of Evin prison, who is suffering from diseases such as bowel colitis, is prohibited of having parole.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Reihaneh Haji Ebrahim Dabbagh, born in 1981 and a political prisoner in the women’s ward of Evin prison, is suffering from of pain of intestinal colitis. According to the reports, this political prisoner, also, is eligible for parole, but it is not clear when this will be communicated to her.

It is to say that, the reports indicate that doctors have suggested that her intestinal colitis treatment, might be possible only outside the prison and under an effective medical treatment.

It should be noted that earlier, there were reports released regarding this political prisoner’s suffering from nerve pain on her waist and legs.

Reihaneh Haj Ebrahim Dabbagh was arrested in Ashura 2009 and by the primitive Court, Presided by Salvati, head of Branch 15 of the Revolutionary Court, was sentenced to death. Her sentence was reduced to 15 years imprisonment by the Court of Appeal.
