Saeid Hossainzadeh In Critical Health Condition In Evin Prison

HRANA News Agency – After transferring Saeid Hossainzadeh to the clinic of the prison, the physician told him that he needed to be transferred to a hospital.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), after dystonia and palpitations on Saturday, Saeid Hossainzadeh was transferred to the clinic and after examinations he was told that due to a-rhythmic heart he needed to be transferred to a hospital outside the prison.
The forensic has approved the inability of serving sentence of this civil rights activist and he had to be transferred to Imam Khomaini hospital.
Last time that Mr. Hossainzadeh had been transferred to the hospital on December 16, 2015, he was sent back to prison without any medical treatments.
Besides, his layer has not been able to review his case so far, as well.
This civil rights activist was on hunger strike some time ago, in protest to his condition in prison. He wrote in a letter that he was suffering from different diseases like rheumatism, dyspnea, heart problems and stomach bleeding and infection.
He also wrote that sabotage and unusual behavior in the process caused deterioration of his physical condition.
Physicians informed him that his diseases would progress if being ignored and not treated properly.
Saeid Hossainzadeh was arrested in October 2014 and transferred to ward 2-A in Evin prison which is known as the revolutionary guard’s ward.
He was sentenced to 7 years in prison in branch number 28 of the revolutionary court, by judge Moghiseh, on charges of propaganda against the regime and insulting the supreme leader. This sentence was confirmed in the appeal court in branch number 36 by judge Zargar, although the accumulation for the highest punishment for these two allegations is not more than 4 years.
Mr. Hossainzadeh is currently serving his second year in ward number 7 of Evin prison.
