Amin Anvari Sentenced to 30 Months of Suspended Imprisonment

HRANA News Agency – Amin Anvari Rostami, student at Amir Kabir University (Polytechnic), has been sentenced to two and a half years suspended imprisonment, by the Branch 26 of the Revolutionary Court presided by Judge Ahmadzadeh.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), the trial for Amin Anvari Rostami was held in Branch 26 of the Revolutionary Court, on 15th July, and this civil activist was sentenced to a total of two and a half years imprisonment on charges of propaganda against the regime, insulting the leadership and insulting regime officials (Misbah Yazdi) on Facebook, which was suspended for 5 years.
