After 16 Months Of Detention, Atena Daemi Released On The Bail

HRANA News Agency – Atena Daemi, imprisoned civil rights activist, was released on the bail from Evin prison after sixteen months of detention.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Atena Daemi, 27, was arrested on 21st October 2014 and was held in solitary confinement in Ward 2-A for 86 days. (more…)

Atena Daemi In The 15th Month Of Detention In Evin Prison

HRANA News Agency – Atena Daemi’s case is still pending and despite the referral to branch number 36 of the appeal court, due to insufficiency of judges, this case has not been processed yet.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the case status of Atena Daemi, the imprisoned civil rights activist of Evin prison is still pending. Her family has been told by branch number 36 of the appeal court that the presence of at least three judges is required and due to availability of two judges, this case has not been processed yet. A Report On Atena Daemi’s Situation After 1 Year Of Detention

HRANA News Agency – Atena Daemi, civil activist has been detained in Evin Prison since a year ago while because of psychological pressures due to a long period of solitary confinement, she has got different types of diseases and has been sent to the clinic inside the prison and hospitals outside the prison several times so far.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Atena Daemi, imprisoned in the women’s ward of Evin prison, a year after the arrest and detention still remains in a state of uncertainty and because of stress due to a long period of solitary confinement and poor health condition, has got a variety of illnesses, and several times has been transferred to the clinic inside the prison and hospitals outside the prison. Atena Daemi Sent To A Hospital For MRI Scan

HRANA News Agency – The result of medical test of Atena Daemi, civil activist who is imprisoned in Evin prison, states that she is not suffering from MS disease and her health problems are caused by stress and psychological pressures. Ms. Daemi is still in an indeterminate state as her trial date has not been allocated yet.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), the medical tests and MRI scan’s result revealed that she was not suffering from MS disease and her physical problems in prison are caused by stress and tension. (more…)

Atena Daemi Will Be Transferred To The Hospital On Monday

HRANA News Agency – Atena Daemi, imprisoned civil rights activist in Evin prison, will be transferred to the hospital on Monday.

Atena Daemi Transferred to Hospital

HRANA News Agency – Atena Daemi, civil rights activist, has been transferred to hospital because of her critical health condition.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Atena Daemi was transferred to Sadeghiyeh hospital, following the exacerbation of her hormonal problems and by the recommendation of prison physician, on Saturday July 4. (more…)

The Latest List of the Political Prisoners in Women’s Section of Evin Prison

HRANA News Agency – The following list includes the political prisoners of women’s section of Evin Prison in Tehran. These prisoners have been sentenced in total to more than 190 years of imprisonment.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), there are 22 women in this section, 15 of whom are political and civil activists, 6 are from religious minorities and 1 of them is imprisoned on charge of espionage. (more…)

Atena Daemi Sentenced to 7 Years Imprisonment

HRANA News Agency – Atena Daemi, civil activist, has been sentenced to seven years imprisonment by the primitive court.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Atena Daemi, children’s rights activist, was sentenced to seven years imprisonment and she was notified of this decision on 12th May by Branch 28 of the Revolutionary Court, presided by Judge Moghiseh. (more…)

Atena Daemi Still Under Detention after 6 Months
