A Prisoner Executed in Karaj Before the End of Due Process

HRANA News Agency – Hadi Moghaddam, a drug offender in central prison in Karaj, was executed before the end of the hearing in a vague judicial process. According to his wife, the drug was much less than that amount which has been recorded after the execution, by the secretariat of the court. On the other hand, the case was pending in the Supreme Court, and the death penalty confirmation had not been communicated to the prisoner.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Hadi Moghaddam, 31, married and father of one, who had been held in central prison in Karaj since 5 years ago, on charge of carrying 1 kg of chemical drugs was hanged, on January 3, 2017.
