Masoud Bastani Released from Prison after Serving 6 Years

HRANA News Agency – Masoud Moradi Bastani, imprisoned journalist, was released after six years of imprisonment but a bail was demanded for his freedom for disability to pay fines.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), although the duration of Masoud Bastani’s sentence, counting the days of absence, ended on Sunday, 19th July but because of the financial penalty in his case, he was released on a bail. (more…)

Masoud Bastani Returned to Rajai Shahr Prison

HRANA News Agency – Masoud Bastani, imprisoned journalist, went back to Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj, at the end of his leave, as it was not extended by the prosecutor’s office.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), this imprisoned journalist’s sentence of six years imprisonment has already ended and currently his absence because of being on leave has prevented him from being released. (more…)

19 political prisoners on hunger strike in Rajai Shahr prison

HRANA News Agency – 19 political prisoners of Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj have gone on hunger strike in solidarity with the political prisoners of ward 350 of Evin prison.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Afshin Heyratian, Heshmatollah Tabarzadi, Saleh Kohandel, Said Masouri, Mohammad Ali Mansouri, Rasoul Badaghi, Mohammad Banazadeh Amirkhizi, Khaled Hardani, Hamid Reza Borhani, Batir Shahr Mohammadov, Misagh Yazdan Nejad and Naseh Yousefi have gone on hunger strike since the morning of April 23rd in solidarity with the political prisoners of ward 350 of Evin prison. Masoud Bastani came for furlough

HRANA News Agency – Masoud Bastani, the imprisoned journalist, has come to furlough from Rajai Shahr prison.

 

According to a report by Kalame, Masoud Bastani, the political prisoner of Rajai Shahr prison has come to furlough but his wife, Mahsa Amrabadi is still in the Evin prison. (more…)

More political prisoners have to return to prisons

HRANA News Agency – A while before presidential elections, Zhila Karamzade Makvandi, Masoud Bastani, Ahmad Zeydabadi, Bahman Ahmadi Amooi and Didar Raufi returned to the prisons.

Hossein Ronaghi Maleki returned to prison

HRANA News Agency – Hossein Ronaghi Maleki, who was in the medical vacation for some months, returned to prison by the order of the persecutor.

 

According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Hossein Ronaghi Maleki, the human rights activist, blogger and one of the arrested rescues of Sarand Camp, who was arrested after the presidential elections in 2009 and was in the vacation since November 11, 2012 had to return to prison without completing his medical treatment procedure. The judge ordered two political to return to prison

HRANA News Agency – As getting closer to the 11th presidential election  Behnam Ebrahimzadeh and Didar Raoufi faced denial of renewing their vacations and have to return to prison by the verdict issued by judge.

According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Behnam Ebrahimzadeh the imprisoned labor activist in ward 350 in Evin prison whom his son is under the medical treatments because of blood cancer, is in vacation to follow up the process and being with his son, has to return to the prison by the verdict issued by judge. Shiva Nazar Ahari returned to Evin prison

HRANA News Agency – Shiva Nazar Ahari, the human rights activist and a founder member of the committee of human rights reporters returned to Evin prison yesterday afternoon.

 

According to a report by the committee of human rights reporters, she had come for the vacation for the second time without asking for it on 1st May and was called to return to the prison and supposed to go there yesterday. (more…)

Political prisoners in furlough are summoned to return to prison

HRANA News Agency – With getting closer to the presidential election all the political prisoners who are in vacation have been summoned and asked to return to prison.

According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Shiva Nazar Ahari, Masoud Bastani, Hossein Ronaghi Maleki, Bahareh Hedayat, Ahmad Zeid Abadi and Bahman Ahmadi Amooie have to return to the related prisons by judicial warrant.

Among them Hossein Ronaghi Maleki is in medical furlough because of Kidney problems, prostate and bladder infection and still the medical process has not done.
