Masoud Bastani Released from Prison after Serving 6 Years

HRANA News Agency – Masoud Moradi Bastani, imprisoned journalist, was released after six years of imprisonment but a bail was demanded for his freedom for disability to pay fines.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), although the duration of Masoud Bastani’s sentence, counting the days of absence, ended on Sunday, 19th July but because of the financial penalty in his case, he was released on a bail. Masoud Bastani Returned to Rajai Shahr Prison

HRANA News Agency – Masoud Bastani, imprisoned journalist, went back to Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj, at the end of his leave, as it was not extended by the prosecutor’s office.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), this imprisoned journalist’s sentence of six years imprisonment has already ended and currently his absence because of being on leave has prevented him from being released. 19 political prisoners on hunger strike in Rajai Shahr prison

HRANA News Agency – 19 political prisoners of Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj have gone on hunger strike in solidarity with the political prisoners of ward 350 of Evin prison.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Afshin Heyratian, Heshmatollah Tabarzadi, Saleh Kohandel, Said Masouri, Mohammad Ali Mansouri, Rasoul Badaghi, Mohammad Banazadeh Amirkhizi, Khaled Hardani, Hamid Reza Borhani, Batir Shahr Mohammadov, Misagh Yazdan Nejad and Naseh Yousefi have gone on hunger strike since the morning of April 23rd in solidarity with the political prisoners of ward 350 of Evin prison. Political prisoners in furlough are summoned to return to prison

HRANA News Agency – With getting closer to the presidential election all the political prisoners who are in vacation have been summoned and asked to return to prison.

According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Shiva Nazar Ahari, Masoud Bastani, Hossein Ronaghi Maleki, Bahareh Hedayat, Ahmad Zeid Abadi and Bahman Ahmadi Amooie have to return to the related prisons by judicial warrant.

Among them Hossein Ronaghi Maleki is in medical furlough because of Kidney problems, prostate and bladder infection and still the medical process has not done.
