HRANA New Agency – Mustafa Fathizadeh, a journalist of “Peyke Shoshtar”, a news website, attended Shoshtar General Prosecutor’s Office  and was tried following complaints by a member of city council.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), after Mustafa Fathizadeh’s report about abusing journalists’ society by Siamak Mehdipour, an alternate member of Shoshtar city council, attended branch number 2 of General and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office with charged of libel and defamation due to Siamak Mehdipour complaints. HRANA New Agency – Mustafa Fathizadeh, a journalist of “Peyke Shoshtar”, was summoned to court following complaints by a member of city council.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Mustafa Fathizadeh a journalist of Peyke Shushtar news website, was summoned to branch number 2 of General Prosecutor’s Office due to complaints by “Mehdipour” an alternate member of Shoshtar City Council.
