HRANA News Agency – On December 31, 2016, the Appeal Court of Shokoufeh Azar Masoule, civil activist, was held. She had previously been sentenced to one year in prison and five years of probation by Branch 26 of the Revolutionary Court. One of Ms. Azar’s charges was participating in demonstrations in protest against acid attacks.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), on December 31, 2016, the Appeal Court of Shokoufeh Azar Masoule, civil activist, was held in Branch 54 of Tehran Revolutionary Court, presided by Judge Babai.
