Yousef Emadi Sentenced to Imprisonment and Exile in a New Case

HRANA News Agency – Yousef Emadi who was imprisoned for collaborating in the production and distribution of “unauthorized” music, was sentenced to another year in jail and exile to Bushehr by Judge Moghiseh for his new case on the charge of “propaganda against the system” which had been opened against him in the prison period.
According to the verdict of the primitive sentence which has been notified to the lawyer of Yousef Emadi, the activist of the music arena was sentenced to one year in prison and two years in exile in Bushehr on charge of “propaganda against the regime” by branch 28 of the Revolutionary Court headed by Judge Moghiseh. Political Prisoners’ Letter about Arash Sadeghi’s Critical Health Condition

HRANA News Agency – Ismail Abdi, trade unionist and Yousef Emadi, imprisoned artist in ward 350 of Evin prison, in a letter to the head of Evin Prison, warned him about the worsening health condition of imprisoned activist Arash Sadeghi in this ward and called for addressing his situation and sending him to the hospital. Mr. Sadeghi suffered from numerous medical problems after the hunger strike and is being deprived of receiving adequate medical treatment.

Article 134 Won’t Be Applied to Mahdi and Hussein Rajabian

Mehdi and Hossain Rajabian Begin Serving their Sentences in Evin Prison

HRANA News Agency – Two artist brothers, Mehdi and Hossain Rajabian, filmmaker and musician, were summoned to Evin prison to serve their three years in prison.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Mehdi Rajabian, musician and his brother Hossain Rajabian, filmmaker were summoned to Evin prison in order to serve their three years in prison. A Filmmaker and 2 Musicians on the Verge of Imprisonment

HRANA News Agency – The sentences of Hossain Rajabian, Iranian filmmaker Mehdi Rajabian and Yousef Emadi, two musicians have been transmitted to the executive branch, and they are on the verge of imprisonment.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the sentences of Hossain Rajabia, Mehdi Rajabian and Yousef Emadi, three artists who were sentenced to three years in prison and 200 million IRR fine each, by branch number 54 of the appeal court have been transmitted to branch number one of the executive court. Amnesty International Calls for Quashing the Convictions of 3 Artists

HRANA News Agency – Amnesty International has called for quashing the convictions including financial fines of the 3 convicted artists. Two musicians Mehdi Rajabian and Yousef Emadi, and a filmmaker Hossein Rajabian have been each sentenced to 6 years in prison and financial fines.

The Appeal Court Of 3 Artists Was Held In Tehran
