Growing Pressure on Sunni Prisoners in Dizel Abad Prison of Kermanshah

HRANA News Agency – Six Sunni prisoners in Dizel Abad prison of Kermanshah, who had been on hunger strike some time ago, to protest against their exile to the infected prisoners ward, were again threatened by prison officials with repeating the former procedure. These prisoners say practicing their religion has caused the authorities to react and increase pressure.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), sixth Sunni prisoner in Dizel Abad Prison in Kermanshah who have been sentenced in separate cases to imprisonment due to their peaceful activities, have faced increasing pressure and harassment in prison. 6 years of imprisonment for 3 Sunni prisoners

HRANA News Agency – Hossain Ghaderi, Yousef Moradi and Azad Saghezi, the Sunni prisoners of conscientious of Rajaei Shahr Karaj prison, are sentenced to two years in prison.

 

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Hossain Ghasemi and Azad Saghez, the habitants of Javanrood, and Yousef Moradi, the habitant of Sar-Pol-Zohab were arrested by intelligence service and security forces, in Summer 2012, and after 6 months being kept in solitary confinement, had been transferred to Rajaei Shahr prison. Three Sunni preachers in uncertainty for more than 15 months

HRANA News Agency – Hossein Qaderi, Yousef Moradi and Azad Saqqezi are in prison for more than 15 months and still the court branch to investigate their dossiers is not assigned.
