Zine El Abidine Ghaemi’s Case Sent to Appeal Court

HRANA News Agency – The case of Zine El Abidine Ghaemi, blogger, who had been sentenced to 3 years imprisonment, was sent to Birjand for a review in the revising stage.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Mr. Ghaemi was sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment, in the Revolutionary Court of Ghaen, by judge Milanlooei on charges of propaganda against the regime, insulting the leadership and perturbation in public opinion on 20th May. The sentence was communicated to him on 27th May, and after his objection, the case has been sent to the appeal court in Birjand. A Blogger Sentenced to 3 Years of Imprisonment

HRANA News Agency – Zine El Abidine Ghaemi, Khorasani blogger, has been sentenced to 3 years imprisonment by a preliminary court.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Mr. Ghaemi was tried on 20th May, on charges of propaganda against the regime, insulting the leadership and disturbing public opinion, by the Revolutionary Court in Ghaen, presided by judge Milanloei and was sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment.
