Three prisoners hanged in Zahedan prison, Iran

HRANA News Agency – This morning, three prisoners (one Pakistani citizen) convicted of drug trafficking were hanged in Zahedan prison.

According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), three prisoners, convicted of drug trafficking were executed in Zahedan central prison on Saturday, December 8, 2012.

One of them was Iraj Mohamadi. His relative told HRANA’s reporter: “Iranian police did not discover any drug from him, he was executed just based on the confession of another person.”

The second prisoner was Mahmoud Barahoui, and there is no more information about the Pakistani citizen.

Iran’s state media did not cover these executions.
