Transferring a sentenced to death prisoner to an unknown location

HRANA News Agency – Mohsen Jahanbakhsh the prisoner who is sentenced to death has been transferred from Rajaie Shahr prison to unknown location and there is no information about him.

 

According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Mohsen Jahanbakhsh who was sentenced to death by judge Salevati in branch 15 of Tehran revolutionary court on charge of stick-up to the bank armored car as an enemy of God and the verdict was confirmed by supreme court, has been transferred to unknown location on July 1 around 2 P.M.

 

One of Mohsen’s cellmates said to HRANA correspondent that “On Monday due to a formal letter Mohsen was asked to check out from this prison and he was summoned with all of his belongings. Till now even his family has not any information about his condition and whereabout and despite of having consent of the plaintiff the execution verdict enforcement probability is high.”

 

Mohsen Jahanbakhsh was born on 1977. He and another guy whose name is Seyyed Salahddin Ja’fari attacked a bank armored car and injured on of the bank guards.
