Two Bahai sisters were tried

HRANA News Agency – Nika and Nava Kholusi, the two Bahai sisters living in Mashhad have been tried.

 

According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), they have been tried on 6th May on charge of “membership in the sect and organization of Bahais” and “propaganda for the Bahais and against the Islamic Republic.”

 

This trial was held in the branch 3 of the revolutionary court of Mashhad and took more than 2 hours.

 

Nika and Nava Kholusi had been arrested on September 26, 2012 and were released after 185 days of detention on the intelligence of Mashhad on the bail of 3 billion Rials for each of them.
