Yashar Rezvani’s Trial Scheduled for January
HRANA News Agency – The date of trial of Yashar Rezvani, Baha’i citizen was scheduled. He had been arrested and released temporarily on the bail of 2 billion IRR from ward 4 of Evin prison.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists in Iran (HRANA), Yashar Rezvani, Baha’i citizen should show up at Branch 28 of Tehran’s Revolutionary Court headed by judge Moghiseh on January 17, 2017.
Need to be mentioned, Yashar Rezvani is a Baha’i resident of Ariyashar who was arrested on Wednesday August 3, at 10:45 am by the intelligence service forces after they breaking in his house and took his personal accessories including 2 cellphones, a laptop and 1 memory stick, he was transferred to Evin prison.
Mr. Rezvani was transferred to ward number 4 of Evin prison after 33 days in solitary confinement in ward 209.
An informed source told HRANA’s reporter, “The primary allegations against him is membership in a Baha’i organization which Mr. Razvani has rejected. In fact, there is no such organization that he could be a member of.”
The Baha’i citizen was released temporarily on the bail of 2 billion IRR from ward 4 of Evin prison.
