2 Prisoners Transferred to Central Prison of Uremia

HRANA News Agency – Matin Khezri and Hossain Ahmadipoor were transferred from intelligence service of Uremia to central prison of Uremia during past days.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), these two prisoners were arrested in Boukan on November 15, 2015.

Matin Khezri and Hossain Ahmadpoor were transferred first to the intelligence service detention centre of Boukan, and after 14 days to the intelligence service of Uremia. According to HRANA’s sources, these prisoners are sent to Uremia prison after 73 days.

One of HRANA’s sources explained about their charges, “As we heard they were arrested on the charges of homicide and membership in Kumoleh. Apparently someone with the name of Abdullah Darvand has been murdered, but I do not know to what extend these allegations are correct”.

According to this source, the prisoners did not have access to a lawyer before being sent to prison.

Matin Khezri is born on September 23, 1988 and Hossain Ahmadpoor is born on December 14, 1990.

Abdullah Mahmoodzadeh, Khosro Abdullah Baigi and two others with the names of Kaveh and Morteza are other people who were arrested in association with this case, who have been released on the bail.
