HRANA News Agency – During the first days of November, at least 24 shops belonging to Baha’is were sealed in Sari, Mazandaran provincial capital.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), on November 1 and 2 that mark the “birth of Bahá’u’lláh and Bob – founder of the Babi and Baha’i religion”, at least 24 shops of Baha’i citizens have been sealed by law enforcement agencies in Sari.
It should be noted that the owners of these shops had gone to the police in the city and reported their religious holidays to express their goodwill, although administration officials refused to accept their mails.
The shops were sealed while according to paragraph B of Article 28 of the guild system law, the owners can close their shops up to 15 days in a year without informing the union.
Twenty-four sealed shops and established specifications of Baha’i owners are as follows;

9. Ashkan Khalili, business units: motor winding
10. Zatollah Darabi, business units: Woodworking
11. Naim Kamali, business units: Repair of home appliances
12. Ramin Mousavi, units Guild: decoration of buildings
13. Ehsan Sanaie, business units: Medical Supply Store
14. Sohrab Zahedi, business units: Stationery
