A Report about Arash SAdeghi’s Medical Situation

HRANA News Agency – Arash Sadeghi, imprisoned civil rights activist in Evin prison who was on hunger strike, is held in ward 8 of Evin prison. On December 26, he was exanimated in the hospital and the doctors warned about the “risk of coma and even death,” “a serious heart condition” and “risk of a heart attack.”
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Arash Sadeghi, imprisoned civil rights activist in Evin prison who was on hunger strike, was transferred to the hospital, following a sharp drop in his blood pressure and vomiting blood. No Information about Saber Naderi’s Situation after Being Arrested

HRANA News Agency – Saber Naderi was arrested in Ghorveh city and was transferred to an unknown location, in December. His family is unaware of his whereabouts and fate and their follow up has had no results, so far.

Making Money from Prisoners Who Need Warm Clothes in Ghezelhesar Prison

HRANA News Agency – While by the order of Prisons Organization, “warm cloths and blankets” should be given to the prisoners usually in December, this year it was banned by prison management and prisoners have to get required warm clothes from the prison shop, which has low quality and much higher prices than outside of prison. The main problem is that most of these prisoners cannot afford such prices.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), receiving clothes and blankets which every year were announced usually in late December as a norm by prisons organization, has been banned by Ghezelhesar prison’s management. The Sentences of 3 Sunni Prisoners Reduced to 12 Years

HRANA News Agency – The appeal court reduced the sentences of three Sunni prisoner in Rajaei Shahr prison, to 12 years in prison. These prisoners who had previously been sentenced to death, were sentenced to 15 years in prison after the supreme court reject the sentence, and their retrial.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the sentence of 15 years in prison of three Sunni prisoners of Rajaei Shahr with the names of Taymoor Naderizadeh, Farshid Naseri and Farzad Shahnazari, who are being kept in hall number 21 in ward 7, were reduced to 12 years in prison in the appeal court. Concerns Rise about Putting New Pressure on Sunni Prisoners

HRANA News Agency – Sunni prisoners of Rajaei Shahr are being kept in very bad conditions. However, these conditions could become even worse if they would be transferred to their previous hall and new pressures could be imposed on them.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Sunni prisoners in hall number 21 of section 7 in Rajaei Shahr prison of Karaj, are being kept in very bad conditions. However, there are concerns that they would be transferred to hall number 10 of ward number 4, which is the place that the executed prisoners were being kept, and consequently they would face new level of pressure by security authorities.
