HRANA News Agency – Saeed Hoseinzadeh, imprisoned civil activist in ward 7 of Evin prison on the third day of hunger strike asked the judicial authorities in a letter to keep the laws which they have written themselves. The civil activist has announced his hunger strike on Friday, February 19.

5 Civil Activists Sentenced To Imprisonment And Lashes In Ardabil
HRANA News Agency – The sentences of three months imprisonment and thirty lashes of 5 civil activists in Ardabil were confirmed by the appeal court. Tohid Amiramini, Saleh Pichganlo, Maisam Julani, Mostafa Parvinjoda and Morteza Parvinjoda were arrested during a football match and after picking up a placard demanding the freedom of a political prisoner.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), these activists picked up a placard on which they had written: “Abbas Lesani, Azerbaijani activist must be released” during a football match between “Shahrdari Ardebil” and “Aluminum Hormozgan”. A Political Prisoner’s Wife Summoned To The Court In Ardabil
HRANA News Agency – Roqiyeh Alizadeh, the wife of Abbas Lesani, imprisoned political and civil activist, was summoned in writing “to give some explanations” to the second branch of the Prosecutor General and Revolutionary Courts in Ardabil city.

Ramazan Ahmad Kamal On Hunger Strike Demanding Proper Medical Treatment
HRANA News Agency – Ramazan Ahmad Kamal, Syrian prisoner has announced his hunger strike in protest to the lack of medical treatment in Rajai Shahr prison of Karaj. According to the prisoners, the fingers of this prisoner’s right hand are disabled after an unfinished surgery and returning to prison without treatment.

18 Civil Rights Activists Sentenced To Imprisonment And Lashes
HRANA News Agency – 18 civil rights activists have been sentenced to 91 days in prison and 74 lashes each. These activists were arrested on charge of disrupting the public order on November 21, 2015.

HRANA News Agency – Eisa Saharkhiz ended his hunger strike with the promise of acceptance of a part of his demands. The court session of this imprisoned journalist will be hold on March 5, in branch number 28 of the revolutionary court by judge Moghiseh.

Tehran: Mohammad Nourizad Announced 24-Hour Sit In
HRANA News Agency – Mohammad Nourizad, civil rights activist says that on Saturday he would be standing in front of the Evin Prison for 24 hours, in protest against being banned from leaving the country and his belongings being kept illegally by the Revolutionary Guard’s Intelligence. This Civil rights Activist intends to continue his protest until his demands are met.

Amir Golestani On The 20th Day Of Hunger Strike
HRANA News Agency – Amir Golestani, political prisoner of Evin prison who was supposed to be sent to hospital for skin disease, was not transferred due to his refusal of wearing prison uniform and handcuff. This prisoner is on hunger strike since more than 20 days ago, in protest to rejection to his parole.
