HRANA News Agency – The Fifty-seventh issue of the monthly magazine of “Line of Peace” (Khat e Solh), human rights journal, was published.

In this number a special case called “breathing hard,”  have been discussed about the relationship between the petrol and violent crimes among members of society with Dr Ahmad Alavi, an economist and Sam Khosrawifard, environmental expert and also with Dr Hussein Baher, founder of school of ethology in Iran. A Civilian Shot And Killed By The police Forces In Rawansar

HRANA News Agency – Local sources have reported the murder of one civilian by direct shooting of police officers in the Rawansar subsidiary town of city of Kermanshah province.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), a local source said on Sunday 31th January, the police tried to seize the coffeehouse owned by Hamed Mozaffari because of lack of permission. Alireza Golipoor Had To Urgently Be Transferred To The Hospital

HRANA News Agency – Alireza Golipoor, prisoner of ward number 7 of Evin prison was transferred to Ghamar Bani Hashim hospital which belongs to intelligent service and went under surgery, after his physical condition had deteriorated. He had another surgery related to his cancer and for removing tumor, but had been sent back to prison without completion of the medical process.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Alireza Golipoor, the prisoner of ward number 7 of Evin prison, who had previously sent back to prison without completion of medical process after his surgery for tumor removal, by the order from intelligent service officials and despite the physicians comments, was sent to the hospital in an emergency case. He was sent to Ghamar Bani Hashim hospital which is controlled by the intelligent service, and went under another surgery. Arbitrary Decisions Make The Conditions Of Furlough In Ghezelhesar Prison Tougher

HRANA News Agency – New authorities of Ghezelhesar Prison have said that for medical furlough, lashing sentences has to be executed and the fine has to be paid in advance, the amount of the bail will be increased as well. Some families are told that they have to sign the permit for selling the bail, in order to have the approval for furlough.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), arbitrary decisions in giving furlough to prisoners in Ghezelhesar prison has become a burden to prisoners and their families, and every change in the management results in new regulations. Authorities Prevented Hamid Babai From Being Transferred To Hospital

HRANA News Agency – The officials in Rajaei Shahr prison prevented Hamid Babai from being transferred to the hospital, despite the court permission and the booked appointment in the hospital. The wife of this prisoner said, the request of furlough was also rejected with the order of the security officials.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Hamid Babai was supposed to be transferred to Imam Khomaini hospital, but despite having court permission and booking the appointment with the physician, prison authorities stopped it. Amnesty International: Ramazan Ahmad Kamal Needs Immediate Medical Care

HRANA News Agency – Amnesty International in a statement announced that Ramazan Ahmad Kamal, Kurdish Syrian prisoner needs surgery, and called for imminent consideration of the condition of this Syrian prisoner of Rajaei Shahr prison of Karaj.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), in this statement which was published on January 26, it is stated, “He is in need of surgical treatment for an infection in his shoulder, which has resulted in partial paralysis of his arm. The Court Of Appeal Tried Hossein Rafie Without His Own Presence

HRANA News Agency – The Court of Appeal of Hossein Rafie, political prisoner, was held without his presence. Prison officials refused to send the prisoner without handcuffs and prison uniforms, despite the Judge’s verbal agreement.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), the Appeal Court for Hossein Rafie was held by Branch 54 of Tehran province Appeals Court on 24th January, with presence of the public representatives of the Attorney General and the Ministry of Intelligence and without the presence of the inmate.
Mr Rafie has written that; the judge agreed to transfer him without handcuffs and prison uniform, but he had not notified the prison in writing and the prison officials did not accept to verify that by calling the court office, so that he did not agree to be transferred in handcuffs and prison uniforms. Yousef Kakemamie Sentenced To Another 5 Years In Prison

HRANA News Agency – Yousef (Mostafa) Kakehmamie, political prisoner in Urmia prison, has been sentenced to 5 years imprisonment, on charge of sending a letter to the Special Rapporteur of UN and holding contact with the media, from inside the prison.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Branch 2 of the Islamic Revolutionary Court, in Urmia, has convicted Yousef Kakemamie to 5 years imprisonment, on charges of propaganda against the regime, gathering and colluding with intention to harm the national security. Alireza Mansouri Released On The Bail

HRANA News Agency – Alireza Mansouri was released on the bail from Evin prison. The Son of political prisoner, Mohammad ali Mansouri, was arrested by the influx of the security officers and was transferred to Evin prison.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), previously Iran Mansouri, sister of Alireza Mansouri and daughter of Mohammad Ali Mansouri by confirming her brother’s detention, had said HRANA that the security officers had gone to his house and after full inspection of the house had taken the computers, mobile phones and other devices with themselves.
