2 Arab death row prisoners are trasnferred to an unknown location
HRANA News Agency – Seyed Khalid (Yasin) Mousavi (26 years old) and Ali Chabishat (49 years old), the 2 death row Arab political prisoners from Shush are transferred from Dezfool prison to an unknown location on March 18.
These prisoners were arrested by Shush intelligence service on November 11, 2011 and after months being held in solitary confinement and experiencing mental and physical tortures, made confession against themselves in front of camera and based on that they have been charged with pipeline bombing and sentenced to death. 3 Kurdish political prisoners transferred to ward 12 of Uremia Prison
HRANA News Agency – Faroogh Samani, Alireza Rasooli and Khezr Rasool Morovat were transferred to hall 12 of central prison of Uremia.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Faroogh Samani, Alireza Rasooli and Khezr Rasool Morovat who were confined in Section 4 of the Uremia Central Prison with the ordinary and dangerous prisoners, were transferred to clause 12 which is for the political prisoners.
It is to say, «Faroogh Samani» an Artist from Mahabad was arrested by the IRGC forces and sentenced to 5 years imprisonment in early March last year.
While this Kurdish artist was arrested “Farzad Samani” his brother was arrested for unknown reasons a little earlier. Farzad Samani was convicted to 3 years and half imprisonment.
Khezr Rasool Morovat was arrested and convicted to 5 years imprisonment in early March 2013.
A Kurdish citizen is sentenced to 10 years in prison
HRANA News Agency – An inhabitant of Agorghash from Mahabad city’s rural territory has been sentenced to 10 years in prison.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Samrand Frahmandi, the 23 years old son of Kamel, an inhabitant of Agorghash village from Mahabad city’s rural territory, has been sentenced to 10 years in prison by the revolutionary court.
An informed source said to HRANA’s reporter, “This citizen’s charges are political but there is no information about details or evidences”.
This source continued, “Samrand Farahmandi was summoned and arrested by security forces many times and during past moth he was sentenced two times for political charges”.
Need to be mentioned, this sentenced could be appealed within a 20 days period.
No information about a politcal prisoner since 2 weeks ago

According to the report of HRANA reporters, Seyed Velayat Hossaini, the Kurdish inhabitant of Ashnak village and Kavoos Abdollah Zadeh, son of Abdollah, the Kurdish inhabitant of Broushkharan village of Salmas territory, were summoned to intelligence service office and threatened and beaten. A political prisoner is sent to furlough
HRANA News Agency – Mohammad Amin Agoushi, the political prisoner of central prison of Zahedan, has been sent to furlough, following his hunger strike.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Mohammad Amin Agoushi, the 54 years retired teacher and habitant of Iranshahr, who had started his hunger strike on middle of March and sewn his lips, is sent to furlough.
This prisoner of central prison of Zahedan along with Iraj Mohammadi and Ahmad Pooladkhani were arrested in 2007 on charges of espionage for Iraqi Kurdistan regional government and fight against God’s will by cooperating with conflicting groups.
He had been transferred to central prison of Uremia after 7 months in solitary confinement. Then, he was sentenced to death by fire scout after a trial that was held in branch number two of military court.
The sentence was confirmed by Supreme Court, but the case again went into process in branch number one of military court and he and two other prisoners were sentenced to 10 years in Zahedan prison in exile.
Reza Shahabi is returned to Evin Prison before the surgery
HRANA News Agency – Reza Shahabi Zakaria, the labor activist and political prisoner, sent back to prison despite the disagreement of the physician.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Reza Shahabi Zakaria, the labor activist and political prisoner of ward 350 of Evin prison, who was hospitalized in a medical center outside the prison due to his spinal problem, has been sent back to prison by a sudden order of the prosecutor despite disagreement of physicians. HRANA News Agency – Mohammad Hassan Yousef Pour Sayfi, the human rights activist and prisoner of ward 350 of Evin prison, sent back from Imam Khomeini hospital to the prison.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Dr. Mohammad Hassan Yousef Pour Sayfi, the former recruitment officer of Human Right Activists of Iran and member of public relation of the association to defend labor and street children who was hospitalized in neurosurgical ward of Imam Khomeini hospital since December 17, 2013 has been sent back to Evin prison.
