Babak Roghani is summoned to Ardabil revolutionary court

HRANA News Agency – Babak Roghani has been summoned by a formal subpoena to Ardabil revolutionary court.
 
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), on May 5, 2013 Babak Roghani from Namin received a subpoena and summoned to Khomeini court of Ardabil.
 
In this subpoena mentioned that he has to be present in branch 1 Khomaini court of Ardabil within three days for giving explanations.
 
Babak Roghani from Namin of Ardabil was arrested on charges of acting against national security, propaganda against regime, contacting with subversive groups and collaboration with enemy countries on February 9, 2012 and after more than one month of being in solitaire confinement of Ardabil intelligence detention center and Ardabil central prison was released by bail.
