HRANA News Agency – Shahrokh Zamani has been transferred to the clinic of Rajai Shahr Prison on April 19th and 20th.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Shahrokh Zamani had ended his hunger strike after 39 days after being transferred to the political prisoners’ ward, however the authorities transferred him to the non-political prisoners’ ward after only one day and he began his hunger strike again demanding to be returned to the political prisoners’ ward in Rajai Shahr Prison. According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Shahrokh Zamani had started his hunger strike on March 8th in solidarity with Gonabadi Dervishes. After being exiled to Ghezel Hesar Prison he continued his hunger strike for 39 days demanding to be returned to the political prisoners’ ward in Rajai Shahr Prison in Karaj until April 14th when the authorities returned him to Rajai Shahr Prison.
