Emad Behavar’s verdict has been granted for revisal

HRANA News Agency – The supreme court granted revisal on Emad Behavar’s verdict which is 10 years of imprisonment.
According to a report of Kalemeh website, Supreme court granted the revisal of the verdict when Emad Behavar’s lawyers appealed the 10 years of imprisonment verdict. Then the dossier of this political prisoner will be sent to the appealed in terms of revisal. 
Emad Behavar the head of youth of freedom movement and the member of Mir Hossein Mousavi’s campaign, was arrested on March 13, 2010 and sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment by branch 15 of revolutionary court.
Judge Jafari the head of branch 31 of supreme court, granted revisal in June of 2011 but transferring the dossier was prevented. Finally after two years following up the dossier was sent to be processed in June 0f 2013 and has been sent to branch 36 to be revised by judge Zargar.
Emad Behavar has been in ward 350 of Evin prison for more than 3.5 years and his only vacation was a few days in March of 2013 for Norooz.
