No information about Namegh Mahmoodi’s whereabouts

HRANA News Agency – There is no information regarding whereabouts of Namegh Mahmoodi, the Kurdish political prisoner.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Namegh Mahmoodi, the 63 years old Kurdish political prisoner, has been taken from his cell in ward number 12 of Rajai Shahr prison to an unknown location, on October 12, 2013, and there is no information about the place he is being kept yet.
A close source to him that wanted to remain unknown, said to HRANA’s reporter, “we do not have any information about him. Two weeks ago he called home, but he could not say where he is”.
Another close source to him, said to HRANA’s reporter, “we presume that he is in the detention of intelligence service of Sanandaj and being kept in solitary confinement that cannot have any contact with his relatives”.
Namegh Mahmoodi was already transferred to intelligence service of Sanandaj, on August 2013, and after more than one month in solitary confinement, he was back to Rajai Shahr prison.
Namegh Mahmoodi the 63 years old political prisoner, was arrested along with his three sons, by intelligence service on April 6, 2013, and after interrogations in the detention center of intelligence service d of Sanandaj and then ward 209 of Evin prison, he was transferred to ward number 12 of Rajai Shahr prison.
