An Iraqi Citizen Arrested and Transferred to Urmia Prison

HRANA Newws Agency – Ali Bedeh Kha’, Iraqi citizen, was arrested to endure his 3 years imprisonment sentence, and was transferred to the Central Prison of Urmia.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Ali Bedeh Kha’ was arrested by the security forces to endure his 3 years imprisonment and was transferred to the Central Prison of Urmia, on March 28.
Ali Bedeh Kha’, was arrested on accusation of connection with PJAK, in 2014, and after 3 months (including his detention time in solitary confinement), was released on the bail.
He was sentenced to 5 years imprisonment in Branch two of the Revolutionary Court in Urmia. The Branch 10 of the Appeals Court of the province reduced the sentence to three years.
The prisoner is originally from Iraq and was educated in Iran.
