HRANA News Agency – The Islamic republic guards corps -IRGC- killed a Kurd civilian in Salmas with the rifle-shots.
 
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Samad Jahangir, 35, the Kurdish citizen from Kapik village of Salmas was driving his car on the main road that all the Kurdish villages’ roads meet there on September 9 at 10 P.M.; Abruptly the IRGC fired on his car without any stop warning and he has been killed by the rifle-shot. 
 
It is worth noting Samad has two offsprings and wife. Till the moment this report released, his family followed up a lot but the IRGC of Salmas denied to hand over Samad’s corpse to his family.
 
Apprehensively IRGC established checkpoints on all the entrance ways to the city and bothering people by inspecting their cars and intimidating them.
