Rasoul Razavi was sent to furlough from Tabriz Central Prison on July 10, 2016. He was on hunger strike for few weeks “to prepare the conditions for an investigation into his case”.

Morteza Moradpour, the other Turkish (Azeri) activist was sent to a five-day furlough on the same day.
