A Social Activist Arrested in Tehran

HRANA News Agency – Mustafa Gholamnejad was arrested by the security forces and after his personal belongings, including a laptop were confiscated, he was transferred to an unknown location on the evening of May 24.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Mustafa Gholamnejad, philosophy of science graduate from Sharif University in Tehran, was arrested and transferred to an unknown location on the evening of May 24.
A close source to Mr. Gholamnejad announced this news and told HRANA‘s reporter: “Around 6 pm on Monday, May 24, he went to his house along with six security officers in Tehran.”
The source added: “The security forces searched the home, and then took his laptop and some books to an undisclosed location.”
It should be noted that there is no information available about the reasons of Mr. Gholamnejad’s arrest yet.
