HRANA News Agency – Soheila Kargar who had been arrested at her home by the security forces was released on the bail from Qazvin prison on June 2.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Soheila Kargar was released from Qazvin prison on the bail of 500 million IRR.

Previously in the detailed report a close source to Kargar family in an interview with the reporter of HRANA had said: “At 10 am on Sunday, May 15, 2016 security officers who had introduced themselves as electrical officers, entered to Soheila Kargar’s house and arrested her violently without presenting any warrant. The level of violence was so that when she was on the ground, the male officer put his foot on her neck, and handcuffed her. Even a neighbor saw officers who climbed the wall and informed Ms. Kargar’s husband.”

The reason for the detention of Ms. Kargar is still not known.
