According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the appeal court session of Ahmad Montazeri, son of Ayatollah Montazeri was held on January 8, by Mohammad Jafar Montazeri, Iran’s prosecutor and head of special court of clergies, in Tehran. Ahmad Montazeri’s Court Session Held Behind Closed Doors

HRANA News Agency – The court session of Ahmad Montazeri, Ayatollah Montazeri’s son for releasing the audio file regarding the executions in 1988, was held without the presence of a jury or a lawyer and behind the closed doors.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the court session of Ahmad Montazeri was held on October 19 in branch number 5 of special court of clergies in Qom by judge Rezaei and behind the closed doors and without the presence of a lawyer or a jury. Ahmad Montazeri Released on the Bail

HRANA News Agency – Ahmad Montazeri, son of Ayatollah Montazeri showed up at Qom Special Court for Clergies for the sixth time on September 5, because of publishing his father’s audio file about executions of political prisoners in Iran in 1988. He was charged and temporarily released on the bail of 700 million IRR until the next hearing.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Ahmad Montazeri, son of Ayatollah Montazeri showed up at Qom Special Court for Clergies for the sixth time on September 5, because of publishing his father’s audio file about executions of political prisoners in Iran in 1988.
