Prison sentence for five Baha’is residing in Mashhad

HRANA News Agency – Five Baha’is have been summoned to Vakilabad prison in Mashhad serve their imprisonment sentences.

 

According to the report of the Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), these people who have been sentenced to 6 months in prison after being charged of propaganda against regime by promoting Baha’ism, were sent to prison on Sunday November 17. Five Baha’i citizens receive imprisonment sentences

HRANA News Agency – Khorasan-e-Razavi province’s appeal court, has confirmed the sentences of five Baha’i citizens of Mashhad.

 

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), 6 months in prison of five Baha’i citizens of Mahshad, with the name of Negar Malekzadeh, Houriyeh Mohseni, Negin Ahmadian, Behnaz Haddad and Arman Mokhtari is confirmed by appeal court of Khorasan-e-Razavi province. The court session for 11 Baha’i citizens was held in Mashhad


HRANA News Agency – The trial of 11 Baha’i citizens on charge of “propaganda against system via Baha’i propaganda” and “being member of Baha’i Community” was held in Mashhad, Iran.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), on Sunday, October 28, 2012, The trial of 11 Baha’i citizens on charge of “propaganda against system via Baha’i propaganda” and “being member of Baha’i Community” was held in Mashhad and their verdicts will be issued soon.
