Supreme Court sent back the cases of 8 Sunnis

HRANA News Agency – The Supreme Court has sent the cases of 8 Sunnis who were sentenced to death to the branch 27 of revolutionary court.

 

According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the cases of Pourya Mohammadi, Omid Peyvand, Mokhtar Rahimi, Bahman Rahimi, Mohammad Yavar Rahimi, Shahram Ahmadi, Mohammad Gharibi and Faramarz Shah Nazari have been sent back by the Supreme Court not accepting the death sentenced issued by the revolutionary court. The cases of 8 Sunni prisoners are sent to the Supreme Court

HRANA News Agency – The cases of 8 Sunni’s who are sentenced to death and in Rajai Shahr prison now, have been sent to the Supreme Court.

 

According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the intelligence agents arrested 149 Sunni citizens in 2009 in Iran.
