HRANA News Agency – Misagh Yazdannejad, jailed student, was exiled to Semnan prison in the 9^th year of his imprisonment. This political prisoner was transferred from Evin prison on 29^th February and on 2^nd March had a visit with his family during a cabin meeting.

HRANA News Agency – The court session of Misagh Yazdannejad was held on Tuesday February 16^th, in Branch 26 of the Revolutionary Court. The imprisoned student’s sentence of 13 years imprisonment was rejected by the Supreme Court in its 9^th year and his case is scheduled to be treated again.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Misagh Yazdannejad had been arrested on September 10, 2007 and was sentenced to 13 years in prison by Branch 15 of the Revolutionary Court presided by Judge Salvati.
