HRANA News Agency – First court session of Omid Dabaghchi Mokri, imprisoned Mahabad’s resident, has been held.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Omid Dabaghchi Mokri was tried in branch number one of the revolutionary court of Mahabad last week, and after denying the laid charges, the judge ordered for presence of the case expert on the next court session. HRANA News Agency – Omid Dabaghchi Mokri, Mahabadi citizen, was transferred to the prison of Mahabad after 2 and half months that there was no news about him.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Omid Dabaghchi Mokri was transferred to the prison of Mahabad last week, while during the last 2 and a half months he has no visit with his family and still there is no information about his charges and his investigations process. HRANA News Agency – After more than two months that Omid Dabaghchi Mokri has been arrested, there is still no information about him.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Mr. Omid Dabaghchi Mokri was arrested by plain-clothes officers at his father’s house, on Friday 1^st May, coinciding with the recent protests in Mahabad, and after searching and confiscating his personal belongings such as laptop and hard drive, he was transferred to an unknown location.
