A Baker Committed Self-Immolation in Ardabil and Died
HRANA News Agency – A baker committed self-immolation in front of the General Office of Industry, Mines and Trades in Ardabil province. He was transferred to a hospital in Tabriz with 90% burns and lost his life despite medical treatment.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), based on rumors, the Department of Flour and Bread in Ardabil had refused to give flour to this baker, due to his previous debts, and accordingly the baker committed self-immolation as an objection, in front of the Department of Industry, Mine and Trade. A Prisoner Executed in Karaj Before the End of Due Process
HRANA News Agency – Hadi Moghaddam, a drug offender in central prison in Karaj, was executed before the end of the hearing in a vague judicial process. According to his wife, the drug was much less than that amount which has been recorded after the execution, by the secretariat of the court. On the other hand, the case was pending in the Supreme Court, and the death penalty confirmation had not been communicated to the prisoner.

HRANA News Agency – Maryam Akbari Monfared, political prisoner in Women’s ward in Evin prison, despite her illness, is deprived of medical treatment and hospital, while her illness’s condition is getting more complicated.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Maryam Akbari Monfared, political prisoner in Women’s ward of Evin prison, suffers from severe pain in the knee and foot because of prevention of treatment for her rheumatism disease, and this is while prison officials, despite awareness of her physical condition, have refused to send her to medical centers for treatment. Saber Naderi Visited His Family for the First Time
HRANA News Agency – Saber Naderi was arrested in Ghorveh city and was transferred to an unknown location, in December. His family is unaware of his whereabouts and fate and their follow up has had no results, so far. Sanandaj Revolutionary Court has orally announced to his family that his detention had been extended. The family has been able to meet him shortly at the detention center in Intelligence Office of Sanandaj for the first time since the arrest.
A source close to Naderi family told HRANA’s reporter: “Sanandaj Revolutionary Court has orally announced to the family of Mr. Naderi, director of the Shahir software Poya companies in Ghorveh city who was arrested on December 4, 2016, that his detention had been extended. Foad Yousefi and Mohammad Saber Malek Raisi Ended Their Hunger Strikes
HRANA News Agency – Mohammad Saber Malek Raisi, Baloch political prisoner who is serving his 15 years in prison sentence in exile in Ardabil prison, with the promises of authorities after 20 days of hunger strike ended his protest. Foad Yousefi in Rajai Shahr prison also ended his strike on its 23rd day by the request of Sunni scholars and activists.

Hadi Asgari in an Undecided Condition in the 6th Month of Detention
HRANA News Agency – Hadi Asgari, Christian convert in Evin prison, has been held in an undecided condition for a period of 5 months in this prison. While no trial has been held for him so far, his freedom on the bail also has been prevented.
