Omar Faghihpour Deprived Of Furlough In The 16th Of His Imprisonment

HRANA News Agency – Omar Faghihpour, Kurdish political prisoner in Rajai Shahr prison, has served 16 years of his life sentence and despite having the right of furlough or parole, he is still kept in the prison.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), he had been arrested in 2000 and charged with acting against national security and war against God through contact with the Democratic Party of Kurdistan. He was sentenced to death in Mahabad revolutionary court, and then the court of appeal reduced his sentence to life imprisonment with a degree of extenuating. Athena Daemi Transferred To The Clinic Of The Prison

HRANA News Agency – Athena Daemi, imprisoned civil activist, has been transferred to the clinic of Evin prison for two times because of the deteriorating physical condition and high blood pressure and was returned to the ward, after some efforts to lower her blood pressure.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), following high blood pressure, irregular heartbeat and heart palpitations and shortness of breath caused by that, Athena Daemi was transferred to the clinic of Evin prison, as an emergency patient, and after being taken under tongue pearl, was returned to the ward. After the deterioration of her condition and to treat her problem, this civil activist was transferred to the clinic again, and got a sedative injection, and then was returned to the ward. A Father And His Son Deprived Of Being Held In The Same Ward In Rajaei Shahr Prison

HRANA News Agency – Rajaei Shahr prison officials rejected the request of an imprisoned Sunni father and his son to be transferred to the same ward. Taymoor and Erfan Naderizadeh said that due to differences of visit days for different wards and long distances between Sanandaj and Karaj, their family could not afford to travel twice a week for visit.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the vice executive officer of Rajaei Shahr has responded to them, that the prosecutor’s representative was deciding about this issue. A Report About The Latest Status Of Behnam Ibrahimzadeh

HRANA News Agency – Behnam (Asad) Ibrahimzadeh, labour activist and prisoner of Rajaei Shahr prison is serving his 6th year in prison. His first sentence has ended long time ago, but he is serving another sentence which was issued during his imprisonment.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the appeal court of Tehran has sentenced Behnam Ibrahimzadeh to 7 years and 10 months and 15 days in prison and 450 thousand Tomans fine. He has been charged with collusion for committing criminal acts against the national security and foreign policies. The sentence of the primary court was 9 years. Two Civil Rights Activists Tried in The Appeal Court In Tabriz

HRANA News Agency – The hearing of appeal request of Taha Kermani and Hussein Alimohammadi Alvar was held on Saturday, 16 January in Branch 7 of the Court of Appeal of East Azerbaijan Province. The Court declared the end of the hearing and will issue the final sentence.
