HRANA News Agency – Prison officials have prevented Kamran Rahimiyan and Fuad Khanjani, two Bahai prisoners in Raja’i Shahr prison, from meeting members of their families who are imprisoned in Tehran’s Evin Prison.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), yesterday (May 17) it was announced that the two prisoners would be taken to Evin prison, but the visit was later denied on the basis that they refused to wear the standard prison uniform. According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), all of the political prisoners of ward number 12 of Rajai Shahr prison had the visit permission, in Father’s day on Thursday, May 15. HRANA News Agency – 11 prisoners have been hanged in Ghezel Hesar Prison in Karaj on May 10, on charge of drug trafficking.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the prisoners were transferred from ward 2 to the solitary confinements of Ghezel Hesar Prison on May 8 and the official Iranian media have not published the report of these executions yet. HRANA News Agency – 2 political prisoners of Rajai Shahr prison have been transferred to a hospital.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Hassan Taffah, 85 years old, is suffering from blood cancer and arthritis in the neck was transferred to the hospital on Wednesday May 15, however he was sent back to the prison after 24 hours without getting proper medical treatment.
