HRANA News Agency – Hossein Ronaghi, the political prisoner in ward 350 in Evin prison is on medical strike since 2 weeks ago.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the doctors have said that he needs to be on medical furlough however the authorities do not allow him. Two Sunni prisoners deprived of medical treatment
HRANA News Agency – Shahram Ahmadi and Arash Sharifi, two Sunni prisoners of conscience awaiting execution in Evin prison in Tehran, have been deprived of adequate medical treatment despite their ongoing health problems.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Both men have been suffering from serious illnesses for a number of months, and prison doctors have said they require further treatment in medical centers outside of the prison. Despite the prisoner’s deteriorating condition, the Iranian authorities have so far refused to transfer the men to hospital for further treatment. HRANA News Agency – According to Shargh newspaper, the Supreme Court has upheld the retribution sentence of a man identified as Jamshid for having caused a woman to lose her eyesight by throwing acid on her.
