HRANA News Agency – The case of Zine El Abidine Ghaemi, blogger, who had been sentenced to 3 years imprisonment, was sent to Birjand for a review in the revising stage.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Mr. Ghaemi was sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment, in the Revolutionary Court of Ghaen, by judge Milanlooei on charges of propaganda against the regime, insulting the leadership and perturbation in public opinion on 20^th May. The sentence was communicated to him on 27^th May, and after his objection, the case has been sent to the appeal court in Birjand. HRANA News Agency – Zine El Abidine Ghaemi, Khorasani blogger, has been sentenced to 3 years imprisonment by a preliminary court.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Mr. Ghaemi was tried on 20^th May, on charges of propaganda against the regime, insulting the leadership and disturbing public opinion, by the Revolutionary Court in Ghaen, presided by judge Milanloei and was sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment.
