HRANA News Agency – Manizheh Bohlouli, The lawyer at justice department has been arrested without enough evidence and reason; and transferred to prison by the 4th branch of prosecutors in Miyaneh.

According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), This lawyer called her family from Miyaneh prison and informed them that she is in detention, and Also the assistant prosecutor of 4th branch has granted a bail of 5 million tomans for her.

Behnam Ebrahimzadeh, Iranian Labor Activist Transferred to Solitary Confinement

HRANA News Agency – Behnam (As’ad) Ebrahimzadeh, imprisoned labor activist in Ward 350 of Evin Prison was transferred to Solitary Confinement in Ward 240.

According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Behnam (As’ad) Ebrahimzadeh, imprisoned labor activist in Ward 350 of Evin Prison was transferred to Solitary Confinement in Ward 240 on Tuesday, December 18, 2012.

There is no information about the reason of his transformation to solitary confinement.

The exile of Mokhtar Assadi, teachers activist, extended off

HRANA News Agency – the Department of Education in Kurdistan Province has extended off the exile of Mokhtar Asadi for the fifth year.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the exile of Mokhtar Asadi, a member of Teachers’ Union of Iran and Kurdistan and also a human rights activist, has been extended off by the Department of Education in Kurdistan Province for the fifth year.

European Parliament urges Iranian authorities to stop human rights violations

Sattar Behesht had been accused that he was acting against the national security. The European Parliament published yesterday a new resolution on human rights situation in Iran.

Zahra Mansouri, Prisoner in grave danger for lack of medicine

HRANA News Agency – Zahra Mansouri who is suffering from epilepsy and has to regularly take her medicine and live in a stress free environment, is in grave danger in Evin prison for lack of medicine.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Mansouri who is more than 60 years old, was arrested by security forces on June 1, 2011 and was detained for 90 days in a solitary cell in Section 209 in Evin Prison and was released on bail on August 19, 201, was called and detained to serve her two years of prison in Evin, recently.
She is the sister of political prisoner Mohammad-Ali Mansouri and always been under pressure for this reason.

Baluchi Teenager Exiled & Sentenced to 5 Years in Prison

HRANA News Agency – Mohammad Saber Malek Raisi has been sentenced to 5 years in prison by the Revolutionary Court in Zahedan, Sistan and Baluchestan Province.He is a Baluchi teenager arrested by Iranian Intelligence Agency in order to force his oldest brother to return to Iran.Abdol Rahman, Mohammad’s brother, fled the country in 2009 fearing for his life after he refused to be the Intelligence Agency’s spy amongst Sunni scholars and Baluchi tribes.

According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Mohammad Saber Malek Raisi was arrested when he was 17 years old and has been in prison for over a year in the Intelligence Agency’s detention center and the central prison in Zahedan.The Revolutionary Court has sentenced him to 5 years in prison.He must serve this prison term in exile.

One of Mohammad Saber Malek Raisi’s brothers has reported that Mohammad must spend 5 years in Ardabil Prison away from his family and their residence.The city of Ardabil is in northwestern Iran in Ardabil Province while Zahedan is a city in the south east part of the country.Because of the long distance between two locations, Mohammad will be practically denied visits from his family at the age of eighteen.

During the past year, Mohammad Saber Malek Raisi has also been denied the right to attend school.His only crime is being related to his brother who is outside the country.Iranian Intelligence Agency has threatened Mohammad’s family multiple times with executing him if his oldest brother doesn’t return to Iran.

Mohammad Saber Malek Raisi is one the youngest prisoners arrested for political reasons by the Islamic Republic of Iran.

19 political prisoners’ letter to condemn the death verdict of 8 political prisoners

HRANA News Agency– 19 political prisoners in Zahedan prison whom some of them sentenced to death too, released a letter and condemned Imminent execution of Zanyar Moradi, Loqman Moradi, Youns Aghayan and 5 political activists from Ahwaz.

“Whispers about execution of three Kurdish political activists called Zanyar Moradi, Loqman Moradi, Younes Aghayan and 5 political activists from Ahwaz called Mohammad Ali Amoori, Hashem Sha’bani, Hadi Rashedi, Seyyed Jaber Alboshokeh and Seyyed Mokhtar Alboshokeh reminding us all sadness moments of the past years when they took our brothers away in front of us”, They declared in the letter.

“We are the political prisoners of Zahedan prison who have suffered of injustice and some sentenced to death. There are three Kurdish activists among us who were sentenced to death and now are here in exile. All of us demanding international community and human rights organizations to prevent the execution verdicts of our brothers to not see the tulips of this land sinking in blood.”, The 19 political prisoners added.

To not let repetition of May 9th and one more mournful spring by the tears of millions people

Human beings are members of a whole,

In creation of one essence and soul.

If one member is afflicted with pain,

Other members uneasy will remain.

Writing this letter to the unknown people is very difficult, but while this unknown suffered by injustice same as the writer and spending days with unfair execution verdict he sentenced, he will be known better than anyone.

We talked about the unfair execution verdict which have been the pain of Balouch prisoners all the time, also the silence of international community and the self-censor among interior human rights activists.

Because this letter is not to describe our oppressions, we pass this issue  to the painful hearts of our people and they will share them in the future.

We, the political prisoners of Zahedan side by side of Kurdish people who have been repressed and executed in accusation of demanding freedom, but did not stop with all the repressions and even when the teacher of peace and freedom Farzad Kamangar and Shirin the Kurdistan Kajal on May 9th of 2010 hanged and again there was silence in this country; And side by side of Khouzestan people whom their eyes are full of rage nowadays because of the execution verdict of 5 activists from Ahwaz, demanding whole international community and human rights organizations to not let the May 9th repetition and one more mournful spring.
