HRANA News Agency – Judicial officials of Evin prison and Revolutionary Court in Tehran have informed families of Mohsen Mirdamadi and Seyed Mehdi Khodaei that as Tehran prosecutor, Jafari Dolatabadi, refused the implementation of Article 134 of the Penal Code, so they cannot be released although, based on the new law they are entitled to be released from prison.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), over the past few weeks and after judicial proceedings by the families and solicitors of Mr. Mohsen Mirdamadi and Seyed Mehdi Khodaei, two political prisoners from ward 350 of Evin prison, regarding implementation of Article 134 of the Penal Code, Judicial authorities of Evin prison and Revolutionary Court in Tehran have announced that as Tehran prosecutor, Jafari Dolatabadi, refused the implementation of Article 134 of the Penal Code, so they cannot do anything about these two prisoner’s’ case and their freedom. 5 Political Prisoners Returned to Public Ward in Evin Prison
HRANA News Agency – 5 political prisoners in ward 7, Quarantine, in Evin prison, who were taken to solitary confinements last week, because of complaining, regarding the prison hygiene situation and other problems, were returned to their previous ward.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), last week, Amir Dorbin Ghaziani, Samko Khelghati, Salar Sotodeh, Omid Zarei Nejad and Mohammad Shojaei were taken to solitary confinements following their protest to the hygiene condition and other problems in Quarantine ward 7. Abdulfatah Sultani Deprived of Medical Furlough
HRANA News Agency – Medical leave permission for Abdulfatah Sultani, imprisoned lawyer, is still rejected by prosecution authorities, despite his serious health condition and medical repeated statements.

A Prisoner Committed Suicide in the Prison of Bandar Abbas
HRANA News Agency – A prisoner in the central prison of Bandar Abbas, committed suicide and died.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Masood Emam Reza, a 45-year-old prisoner, who was injured during the war between Iran and Iraq, committed suicide with pills in the Central Prison of Bandar Abbas and died. Davar Hosseini Vojdan Deprived of Going to Furlough
HRANA News Agency – Davar Hosseini Vojdan has been deprived of going on leave, after the events in April in ward 350 of Evin prison.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Davar Hosseini Vojdan, student activist who was studying Metallurgy in Esfahan University of Technology has been imprisoned in ward 350 of Evin prison from 5th December 2011 to serve his sentence and has been denied to go on leave, since April 2014 events in ward 350. Ahmad Karimi Deprived of Having Parole
HRANA News Agency – Ahmad Karimi, political prisoner, who has been in prison since 6 years ago and is now in exile in Gonbad Kawoos prison, is deprived of having leave or parole.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Ahmad Karimi, political prisoner in exile, in ward 1 of Gonbade Kawoos prison, is one of the 2009 detainees, and although he has been in prison about 6 years, but he is still denied to go on leave and have parole. Mohammadreza Poorshajari Sentenced to Imprisonment and Exile
HRANA News Agency – Mohammadreza Poorshajari was sentenced to 1 year imprisonment, 2 years exile in Ardakan, a small town near the city of Yazd, and seizure of his personal belongings and his cash which he had during his imprisonment, by the revolutionary Court in Karaj.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Mohammadreza Poorshajari (Siamak Mehr), an imprisoned blogger, was sentenced to endure one year of imprisonment and two years’ residence (exile) in a small town, Ardakan, of Yazd city on the charge of propaganda against the regime by the Revolutionary Court in Karaj, presided by Judge Asef Hosseini. According to the court verdict, an amounted of 4 million and 200 thousands Tomans cash and personal belongings, which at the time of arrest were on him, also were confiscated. Hundreds of Activists Demand Mehdi Khodaei’s Freedom
HRANA News Agency – A large number of civil activists and citizens signed a petition, addressed to the head of Judiciary of Iran, calling for the Seyed Mehdi Khodaei’s freedom. The undersigned have emphasized the need for new Islamic law enforcement, on the bases of which a large number of current prisoners should be released.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), a group of human rights activists and citizens on the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the arrest of Mr. Khodaei, by signing a letter has demanded the unconditional freedom of this civil activist. The signatories of the letter have appreciated Mr. Khodaei’s peaceful activities to promote the human rights and democracy in Iran and expressed their regret and sadness because of intimidation and torture implemented on this human rights defender to get fake confessions regardless of his sustainability. Hossein Ronaghi in Critical Health Condition in Evin Prison
HRANA News Agency – Despite suffering from a serious illness which has been approved by the medical and legal authorities, Hossein Ronaghi Maleki, is still kept in prison and deprived from medical care.

5 Political Prisoners in Evin Prison Transferred to Solitary Confinements
HRANA News Agency – Amir Doorbin Ghaziani, Samkoo Khelghati, Salar Setodeh, Omid Zareinejad and Mohammad Shojaei, 5 political and security prisoners in the quarantine of ward 7 of Evin prison were transferred to solitary confinements.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), following the protest, by some of political prisoners in the Quarantine of ward 7 in Evin prison, against one of the inmate’s behaviour, all of them were taken to solitary confinement.
